Yvonne "Bonnie" Mildred Stopher, 82, passed away Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at Heritage Park Health Care Center in Fort Wayne. She was a homemaker and a member of the North Christian Church of Fort Wayne. Surviving are her sons, Steven (Nancy) Stopher and Kevin (Carol) Stopher both of Fort Wayne; brother, Leslie Rogers of Denver, CO; sister, Colleen (Bill) Griffin of Denver, CO; sister, Jacqueline Schieferstein of Fort Wayne; sister, Myrna (Edwin) Wilson of Cincinnati, OH; sister, Linda (Richard) Hutson of Houston, TX; 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband Carl Stopher, and parents Emery and Augusta Rogers and 1 brother. Service is 2pm Friday, May 11 with Dr. Sam Young officiating at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road, with calling 1hr prior. Calling also 2-4pm and 6-8pm on Thursday at the funeral home. Burial in Highland Park Cemetery.
