Michael A. Mazur, 59, passed away Monday, February 11, 2013 at his home in Fort Wayne, IN. Born in St. Clair Shores, MI, Michael served in the U.S. Army and worked for Trelleborg Wheel Systems for 15 years. He was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed golfing and traveling to Florida with his family. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Shere; daughters, Gina (Jason Buhr) Mazur-Monnin of Auburn, IN, Danielle Mazur and Maria (Nathan Stipp) Mazur both of Ft. Wayne; brother, Gil (Janet) Mazur of TN; granddaughters, Alexandra Mazur, Samantha Monnin, Elizabeth Monnin and Kaitlin Fisher. Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Alexander and Rita Mazur. Funeral service is 7 pm, Friday, February 15, 2013 at D. O. McComb and Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Rd with visitation starting at 3 pm. Memorials to American Cancer Society.
