Lynette A. Akin, 42, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2011 in Fort Wayne. Born in Lansing, MI. She was a devoted and passionate mother who enjoyed volunteering and being active in the lives of her 3 children and her husband, Rob Akin. Memorial service is 7pm, Wednesday, at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 2417 Getz Road, and a gathering of family and friends 1 hour prior. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Girl Scouts of Indiana-Michiana Inc. 10008 Dupont Circle Dr. Ft. Wayne, IN. Arrangements by D.O.
