Gerald "Gerry" Randall, 70, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2013 at his home surrounded by his family. Born in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, Gerry was a merchandiser for Super Valu and a retired Fort Wayne Komet hockey player. He enjoyed sports, was a natural athlete, and loved spending time with his family. Surviving are his wife of 46 years, Janice Randall of Fort Wayne, son, David (Lyn) Randall of Woodburn, daughter, Stacie (Blake) Bradshaw of Gastonia, NC, grandchildren, Brenden, Reggie, and Erin, step-grandchildren, Devon, Payton, and Morgan, and brothers, Thomas and Teddy both of Canada. Gerry was preceded in death by his brother, Alan, and sisters, Myra and Ann. Service is 10 a.m. Tuesday at Crescent Avenue United Methodist Church, 1232 Crescent Avenue with Rev. James Evans officiating, calling 1 hour prior. Calling also 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue. Burial in Riverview Cemetery.
