Philip "Phil" A. Taylor, 83, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2019. He was born to the late Ralph and Grace (Osborn) Taylor in Fort Wayne on September 28, 1935.

Phil is survived by his children, Rick (Kathie) Taylor, Paula (Carl) Engle-Nichols, and Barb Taylor; son-in-law, Steve Pepple; grandchildren, Stevie (Rosie) Pepple, Chad Pepple, Sarah (Peter) Taylor-Adams, Bob (Brittany) Treesh, Howard (Heather) Pepple, Don (Amanda) Cornett, Misti (Davie) Grubbs, and Eric Taylor; great-grandchildren, Ava, Emma, Peter J., Mya, Caitlyn, Kordell, Emma May, Levi, Dakota, Andrew, Gavin, Alexis, Lane, Parker, Aiden, Quinn, Kierstin, Jalina, Jenna, Aaron Jr., Ryan, Donny, Alyssa, Kaitlyn; great-great-grandchild, Maisie; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, June Taylor; daughter, Tina Pepple; three brothers and a sister.

Funeral service will be on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at 2:00 pm at D.O. McComb and Sons Funeral Home Lakeside Park (1140 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805) with visitation one hour prior. Burial will follow the service at Concordia Gardens Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Parkview Home Health and Hospice or Northside Missionary Church.
