Willodean Mae Klopfenstein, 92, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday, August 27, 2017. Born on October 3, 1924 in Woodburn, Indiana, Willodean was the daughter of the late Asa and Anna Ehresman. She worked for Trinity Home Center for 15 years, retiring in 1986. She was an active member and supporter of Grabill Missionary Church. She was an original member of the singing group, Senior Saints, which she loved. Willodean also enjoyed traveling, eating out and spending time with her family and friends. Surviving are her children, Sandra (David) Jones, Philip Klopfenstein both of Leo; daughter-in-law, Beverly Klopfenstein of El Dorado Hills, CA; grandchildren, Amy (Matthew) Swartz, Matthew (Stephanie) Jones, Timothy (Caitlin) Jones, Ashley (Tyler) Clabaugh, Cory Klopfenstein; 14 great-grandchildren; brother, Melvin Ehresman of Leo; and sister, Mary Ann (James) Thompson of Riverdale, GA. Willodean was preceded in death by her husband, Foster Klopfenstein; son, David Klopfenstein; and sister, Betty Hall. Service is 11:00 am, Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Grabill Missionary Church, 13637 State St with calling from 9:00 am until the service, Rev. William Lepley, Rev. Gary Gates officiating. Calling at the Church Friday, September 1, 2017, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Burial in Leo Memorial Cemetery, Leo, Indiana. Memorials may be made to the Grabill Missionary Church, The Sunshine Network, in care of First Missionary Church, or Visiting Nurse. D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
