William "Bill" LaLonde, 75, went to be with the Lord Friday, August 25, 2017 in Fort Wayne. Bill was a true family man and loved his children dearly. He had a strong faith and will be greatly missed. He enjoyed collector cars, attending the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Festival with his children since the 1980's and was an avid Detroit sports fan. Bill is survived by his wife of 46 years, Gladys LaLonde; three children, William Sean (Monica) LaLonde, Aimee (Troy) Schweitzer, and Zak LaLonde; and 7 grandchildren. Bill was preceded in death by his father, William LaLonde and mother, Wilma Bilewicz. Service is 11:00 am, Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at First Assembly of God, 1400 W. Washington Center Road with Pastor Ron Hawkins officiating with calling one hour prior. Calling will be at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Funeral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Rd, Monday, August 28, 2017, 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Burial will be in Maple Lawn Cemetery, Boyne City, Michigan at a later date.
