Willard "Jeff" Potts, 64, passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2017 after a brave and courageous battle with ALS. Jeff made a career of selling cars spanning over 30 years. He was passionate about his family, baseball, bowling, and knowledge of sports. Jeff had a magnetic personality and loved making conversation. Surviving are his wife of 43 years, Clara Potts of Fort Wayne, daughter, Casey (Erv) Walter of Sun Prairie, WI, son, Benjamin (Neely) Potts of Fort Mill, SC, daughter, Kelly (John) VanPatten of Fort Wayne, son, Nicholas (Brianna Bertoli) Potts of Fort Wayne, mother, Carolyn Potts-Flock of Fort Wayne, sister, Becky (Steve) Madison, brother, Randy (Pam) Potts, sister, Peggy (Dino) Redmond all of Fort Wayne, grandchildren, Amanda, Ellie, Parker and Jake, and several nieces and nephews. Jeff was preceded in death by father, Willard Potts and son, Christopher Potts. Service is 3:00 pm, September 8, 2017 at - D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road with Rev. Clare Walter officiating and calling one hour prior. Calling Thursday, September 7, 2017, 5:00 pm - 9:00.
