Wanda Jacobson, 90, passed away peacefully December 10, 2018. Wanda Louise (Pearson) Jacobson was born on April 20, 1928 in Marion, Indiana to the late Theodore and Pauline Pearson. She was a graduate of Marion High School. During her life she lived in Wabash, Warsaw, and Fort Wayne, Indiana. Wanda was a very active person in social and civic organizations, including the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority where she was a past president and Girl of the Year. She was also very active within the Fort Wayne Civic Theatre and volunteered at Lutheran and St. Joseph hospitals of Fort Wayne. Wanda loved reading, travelling, quilting, gardening, line dancing, and spending time with her friends. She traveled throughout the United States, China, Egypt, and Europe. Having a love for the arts she appreciated fine art and would play the piano.
