Thomas Paul Seifert, 65, passed away Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. He was born in Fort Wayne, IN, to the late Paul and Marguerite Seifert. Thomas graduated from Snider HS in 1970. He was the owner of Sports One Therapy at Spiece Field House in Fort Wayne, Thomas was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church, Surviving are his wife, Pamela Seifert, sons, Garren and Gavin Seifert, sister, Susan (Steven) Helmer all of Fort Wayne, IN and many nieces and nephews . Service is 10:30 am, Tuesday January 9, 2018 at Concordia Lutheran Church, 4245 Lake Avenue with calling one hour prior. Calling also Monday, January 8, 2018, from 2 - 4 & 6 - 8 pm at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home,1320 East Dupont . Burial in Concordia Cemetery Gardens, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
