Samuel Tubbs, 79, passed away on December 7, 2018. Born November 29, 1939 in Newbern, Ala.,
He is survived by his children; Ronald Tubbs, Bernita Tubbs, Janice (Ken)Tubbs Lewis; siblings, Mary Fields, Roosevelt Tubbs, David Tubbs, and Albert Tubbs; 3 grandchildren; He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and a sister.
Funeral service will be held Friday, December 14, 2018 at 11 am with visitation one hour prior at Mungovan Simple, 2114 S. Calhoun St., Fort Wayne, IN 46802.
