Roberto "Vic" Villajuan, 87, passed away Saturday, June 3, 2017 surrounded by his family. Born in Pantabangan, Philippines, Vic was the son of the late Pedro and Andrea Villajuan. Vic was a teacher in the Philippines for over 20 years prior to his retirement in 1985. Vic was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus. He was a loving husband, tatay, and lolo to his family. Vic loved sports, especially boxing, and basketball. He enjoyed entertaining and talking with his friends and family. Surviving are his wife, Esmelita Villajuan of Fort Wayne; daughters, Violeta (Edmundo) Ramos of Fort Wayne, Vilma (Gaudioso) Punzalan of Bloomfield, NJ, Vivian (Marvin) Villajuan of Cherry Hill, NJ; grandchildren, Romel, Jeffrey, Melyssa, Kirsten; and great-grandson, Leo. Vic was preceded in death by his six siblings. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:00 am, Thursday, June 8, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church with calling one hour prior, Fr. David Voors officiating. Calling at D.O. McComb & Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road Wednesday, June 7, 2017, 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm with a vigil service at 4:30 pm. Burial in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Indiana. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Lung Association or the American Heart Association.
