Roberta L. Didion , 87, passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at Towne House Retirement Center in Fort Wayne. She was born in Fort Wayne to the late Paul and Louise (Miller) Ladd. Roberta worked as a registered nurse with Parkview Hospital for 25yrs years, retiring in 1978. She was a member of St Judes Catholic Church and the Parkview Alumni. She married Louis "Mick" J. Didion on February 20, 1954, he preceded her in death on July 27, 1998. Surviving are sons, Michael L. Didion of Angola, Duane R. Didion, Navarro, Florida; daughters, Candi (Jerry) Hatfield, Linda (Glenn) Bryan, Carol (Gary) Edmondson all of Fort Wayne; brother, Larry Ladd of Nashville, IN. 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; Roberta was preceded in death by brothers, Richard and Paul Ladd, sisters, LaDonna Werkman and Rosemary Ladd. Mass of Christian Burial is 1:30pm Monday July 9, 2018, with calling one hour prior, at St. Jude Catholic Church 2130 Pemberton Dr Ft Wayne. Calling also Sunday July 8, 2018 at D. O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm Burial in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
