Robert W. "Bob" Mock, 80, passed away Monday, November 13, 2017. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Bob was the son of the late George and Matilda (Heberle) Mock. He graduated from Central High School and served our country as a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Bob worked for Paramount Paper Tube then later retired from GTE after 24 years of service. He then worked for Kelley Auto Services for several years. He was a member of St. Michael Lutheran Church. Bob enjoyed fishing, bowling, gardening, and watching sports, especially the Cleveland Indians, and Purdue Boilermakers. He loved his family and cherished his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Surviving are his wife, Bernice Mock of Fort Wayne; children, David (Linda) Mock of Wolcottville, Roberta (Bobbie) McCulloch, Renee (Greg) Starke both of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Joseph (Lisa) Moreno, Leesa (Tony) Enright, Andrew Mock, Erin (Adam) Gillum, Teri (Michael) Searles, Adam Dawson, Forrest Bohlinger, Jr., Brianna and Zachary McCulloch, Allison (Travis) Runyan, Austin, Melissa, and Connor Starke; and 12 great-grandchildren. Bob was preceded in death by his brother, Harold Salisbury. Service is 11:00 am, Saturday, November 18, 2017 at St. Michael Lutheran Church, 2131 Getz Rd with calling one hour prior, Rev. Dr. Donald Sandmann officiating. Calling at D.O. McComb and Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Rd, Friday, November 17, 2017, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
