Promise Channtele Wattley, 10 months old, passed away surrounded by her loving family on September 23, 2019. She was born in Fort Wayne on November 3, 2019, the daughter of Jamere Wattley and Precious Beal. Promise loved her brother, Preston and loved to watch him play. He always kept her entertained. She loved to bounce and be held and rocked and enjoyed listening to people talk to her. Surviving are her parents, Jamere Wattley and Precious Beal; brother, Preston Wattley; grandparents, Josie Wattley, Stacey Wattley and Louis (Carolyn) Beal; great-grandparents, Cora King; aunts and uncles, Carla King, Scott Harris, Josh (Nina) King, Tyland Smith, and Chauncey Cole. She also leaves behind many loving family members and close friends to cherish her memory. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Linda King. Funeral service will be held at 11am on Friday, September 27, 2019 at D.O. McComb and Sons Foster Park Funeral Home, 6301 Fairfield Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46807. Pastor Demarcus Pennington officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior. Memorial Contributions may be made to the family.
