Phyllis Anne Bailey, 73, passed away Saturday, November 18, 2017. Born in Escanaba, Michigan, Phyllis was the daughter of the late Henry Carr and Adelle Parks. Phyllis was the owner and operator of Three Generations Unlimited for 30 years prior to her retirement in 2015. Phyllis was full of energy and had a "Do Not Give Up Attitude." Her sassy and spunky sense of humor will be missed. She cherished making memories with her family, especially her grandchildren. Surviving are her children, Annette (Christopher) Wright of Dewitt, MI, Martin (Christie) Pier of Deer Trail, CO; grandchildren, Benjamin (Aimee) Wright, Lindsey (Josh) Gibson, Sage Pier, Jacelyn Pier, Leah Pier; great-grandchildren, Ethan, Owen, Logan, Davy, and Piper; along with her six siblings . Phyllis was preceded in death by her son, Davy Pier. Private Family Celebration of Life Service will be held in the spring. Memorials may be made to Visiting Nurse Hospice or Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana.
