Patricia J. Chrzan, 90, passed away February 18, 2018 at Lutheran Life Villages - Pine Valley. She was born on May 11, 1927 in Ridgeville, IN, the daughter of the late Theodore and Wilmina Funk. Patricia was a volunteer for American Red Cross from 1981 to 2011. Surviving are her children, Casey Chrzan, and Barry (Linda) Chrzan; grandchildren, Jacob (Carissa), Bailey, Zachary, and Madeline Chrzan; great-grandchildren, Ellie, Henry and Sam; and sister, Betsy Felger. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Chrzan; and brother, T.J. Funk. Funeral service will be held at 11am on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Chapel, 1140 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne, IN 46805, with calling 1 hour prior. Visitation will take place from 2-4 and 6-8 on Friday, February 23, 2018, also at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne, IN. Memorial contributions may be made to The American Red Cross.
