Mildred G. "Toots" Hall, 84 passed away Sunday, March 25, 2018 peacefully at home in Fort Wayne. Born in Defiance,OH, on November 9, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Jerome and Ethel Moser. Toot spent most of her life as a homemaker and babysitter and also worked at Supermarket Services for 25 years. She enjoyed traveling especially to visit family and friends and loved the warm beaches of Florida and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Her joys were gathering with family and friends, decorating her home, cooking, vacationing, playing cards and just being mom. Her fun loving spirit was always present and could be counted on to be the life of any gathering. She enjoyed dining out especially at Bob Evans, Casa Ristorante, Flanigans, Siagon and the Nolt Family Farm and has many friends at each of these establishments. Over the past year she became very attached and loved her part time care providers Beth Kirby and Cheryl Wisniochi whom the family would like to thank. She was very committed to her Catholic faith and prayed and read the bible daily. She was a long time member of Saint Therese Catholic Church and is currently a member of St Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Surviving are her sons, Bruce (Debra) Hall and Tom (Debra) Hall both of Fort Wayne; daughters, Kim McMaster and Nancy Harker both of Fort Wayne; daughters-in-law Kara Hall and Tonya Hall-Glassburn; grandchildren, Madison, Tommy, Matthew, Katie, Mitchell, Mickey, Ryan, Molly, Logan, Cody, and Haley; 8 great-grandchildren; and brother Gerald Moser of Maria Stein, OH. Mildred was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, James "Jim" Hall; sons, Mike Hall and Jimmy Hall and son-in-law Frank McMaster; brothers Richard, John and Michael Moser; sisters Mary Ellen Lang, Marilyn Moser and Ruth Ann Blum. A Mass of Christian Burial is 11am Tue 4/3 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 10700 Aboite Center Road with an hour of calling prior to the Mass. Calling at D.O. McComb & Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road, Mon 4/2 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 with vigil at 7:30. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park at a later date.
