Mary Jane Millikan, 73, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2017 surrounded by her family after her battle with breast cancer for 4 and half years. Born in Fort Wayne, she owned Thinking of You Balloons. After retiring from her balloon business, she joined her husband at Tri R Services. She was a lifetime member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and St. Paul's Chapel at Clear Lake during the summer months. Mary Jane had a servant's heart. She served her family, friends, and community with selfless effort. She recently received the The Bishop Luers' Distinguished Knight Award. She was a member of the first graduating class of 1962 at Bishop Luers High School. Her love was being at Clear Lake with all of her family. Mary Jane married Mike Millikan on May 1, 1965 and he survives. Also surviving are her five children; Kelli (Greg) Lee, Michael P. Millikan, Janeann Perkins, Ann Marie (Ben) Hall, Sara (Eric) Grant; 20 grandchildren & 1 great-grandchild; and five siblings, Philip Bradley, Carol Ann Bradley, Sally Jo (Tom) Mueller, Jack (Sheila) Bradley, and Jim (Lynda) Bradley. Mary Jane was preceded in death by her parents, William H. Bradley and Margaret C. (O'Connor) Bradley and one granddaughter, Annie Lynn Perkins. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 am, Monday, August 28, 2017 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 4500 South Fairfield Avenue with Father Andrew Budzinski officiating with an hour of calling prior to the Mass. Calling at - D.O. McComb & Sons Foster Park Funeral Home, 6301 Fairfield Avenue, Sunday, August 27, 2017, from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm. The rosary will be at 2:00 pm on Sunday. Burial in Catholic Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. John Baptist Catholic School or Bishop Luers High School.
