Mary Ann Ginder, 75, passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2017 in Fort Wayne. Born in Covington, KY, Mary worked as an LPN with various locations in Fort Wayne. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church of New Haven, and the American Legion Auxiliary Post 330. She will be remembered by her husband as the best pit crew a person could ever have. Surviving are her husband, Phillip Ginder of Fort Wayne; daughter, Tammy (Shannon) Berry of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Bradley, Jacob, and Brittnay Berry. Mary was preceded in death by her daughter, Kelly Jo Ginder; parents, Allen and Florence Ducat; and brother, Phillip Ducat, the only MIA solider from the Vietnam War of Northeast Indiana. Mass of Christian Burial is 11:00 am, Monday, March 6, 2017 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 943 Powers St, New Haven with calling one hour prior. Calling also at D. O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Rd on Sunday, March 5, 2017 from 2:00 pm -to6:00 pm with a Rosary service at 5:00 pm. Burial in Catholic Cemetery.
