Marilyn J. Ryan, 51, of Fort Wayne passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2017 after a long struggle with Lung Cancer. Marilyn was employed at Big G's in Columbia City, Indiana for 12 years. She loved her job and all the people. She often talked about their kindness and how much she missed everyone. Her family was her life and she loved them unconditionally. She had such a fun loving, kind and generous heart, giving to others even if she had to do without. Marilyn had a unique way to make people smile and feel loved. Her new journey takes her to a wonderful place with no pain and sorrow and leaves all of us with the knowledge that we were all truly loved by her. The Lord has welcomed her home after a long and hard battle. Surviving are her parents Ellis and Patricia Ryan, daughter Ashley Smith and granddaughter Miyah Gilbert all of Fort Wayne. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Rd with calling one hour prior. Calling will be Monday, May 1, 2017 at the funeral homne from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Parkview Hospice of Shriners Hospitals for Children.
