Margaret "Peggy" Koester, 92, passed away Friday, November 24, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, the Rosary Society, and the Marians. Surviving are her seven sons, Bill, Jim (Maureen), Bob (Lynn), Rick, Dennis (Betty), Brian (Cindy), and Kevin (Sue); three daughters, Maureen Babbs, Kathleen Botteron, Beth Anne (Tony) Mohr; 24 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. Peggy was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Dr. William Koester. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 am, Friday, December 1, 2017 at St. Jude Catholic Church, 2130 Pemberton Dr, with calling one hour prior. Calling also at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave, on Thursday, November 30, 2017 from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm with a Rosary service at 4:30 pm. Burial in Catholic Cemetery.
