Lila Bordens, 92, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on March 23, 2019. She was born on October 26, 1926 in Newark, NJ. She was the daughter of Max Gundfast and Leah (Kaplan) Gundfast.

Lila enjoyed spending time with her all her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed spending time at the casino and often found herself to be very lucky at the casino. She worked as a controller until she was 82, keeping her mind very sharp.

Surviving relatives include two sons, Ronald W. Bordens (Catherine) of Boynton Beach, FL; Kenneth Bordens (Ricky) of Fort Wayne, IN; four grandchildren, Jacob Borden (Emily) of Chatham, NJ; Michael Bordens of Blacksburg, VA; Laura Krause (J.T.) of Delray Beach, FL; Alexander Bordens (Sara) of Western Springs, IL; six great-grandchildren, Lillian Bordens, Layla Krause, Benjamin Bordens, Isabella Bordens, Anna Bordens, Karly Krause, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Bordens, parents and two brothers.
