Juliene Spade, 29, passed away Friday, January 19, 2018 in Fort Wayne. Born in Iloilo City, Philippines, Juliene worked as a nurse with St. Joseph Hospital for 6 years. Juliene brought joy to people, just by entering a room. She was a loving wife who enjoyed adventures with her husband, seafoods, and white sand beaches. She was passionate about Jesus, nutrition, and creative cooking. Surviving are her husband, Adam Spade of Fort Wayne; parents-in-law, Todd and Kathy Spade of Fort Wayne; Sisters, May and Sheila; and parents, Rommel and Elizabeth Chu of Iloilo. Service is 10:30 am, Friday, January 26, 2018 at Aboite Baptist Church, 5700 Homestead Rd with Pastor Brad McGuire officiating. Calling at D.O.
