Julie A Gard, 51, passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2017 in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, Julie worked as a nurse with a variety of local nursing homes. Surviving are her husband, Darren Gard; parents, George and Renee Surine; brothers, Larry Surine, and Donald (Michelle) Surine; uncle, Bruce Bogner all of Fort Wayne. Service is 10:30 am, Monday, August 14, 2017 at D.O. McComb & Sons Foster Park Funeral Home, 6301 Fairfield Ave with calling one hour prior.
