John Robles, 74 of Fort Wayne, IN passed away on October 19th, 2017 peacefully in his sleep.The visitation and memorial service will be held at
Northridge Baptist Church 1300 E Cook Road, Fort Wayne, IN officiated by Reverend Gary Green. Visitation's: 10/27/2017 from 5:00-7:00PM and 10/28/2017 at 10:00AM prior to memorial service at 11:00AM.
John was born in Payne, Ohio on August 3rd, 1943. He graduated from Elmhurst High School and continued on to receive a Degree from Taylor University in Marion, IN.
John was married to Cheryl Robles (Kuhn) on November 23rd, 1974 they where married 43 years.John was always a pillar of strength, support and discipline in the community and with his family. He was always there for his loved ones through good times and bad. John made all the difference in his children's lives. We'll always remember his special smile, caring heart and warm embrace. We'll cherish the memories and lasting impact John's life had on all of us. We rejoice with heaven today because we know John is looking down on us with all his love. As his time on Earth has come to an end, we can hear his whisper in our ear to continue to carry on the heart of missions.
As we honor and remember the life of John Robles, many of us know he had a heart for God's people in Chiapas, Mexico. During his 60+ years in ministry, John built over 95 churches in different Spanish speaking countries. This is why the family has asked that in lieu of flowers, any offerings donated in honor of John be invested towards helping build one last church in Chiapas, Mexico.
