John H. Oglesbee, 74, passed away Friday, March 30, 2018 in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, IN, John worked as a bus driver with PTC before retiring. He was an avid NASCAR fan and in his spare time enjoyed completing his art projects. Surviving are his wife, Carol Oglesbee of Fort Wayne; children, Timothy Oglesbee of Ventura, CA, Laura Sell of Bluffton, IN, Kimberly Vardaman of Fort Wayne, Joy Oglesbee Hager of Decatur, IN, and Jennifer (Justin) Pose of Yoder, IN; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; brother, James (Carole) Oglesbee of Fort Wayne; and sister, Patricia Jellison of Portland, IN. John was preceded in death by his parents, Clayton and Orpha Oglesbee. Service is 2:00 pm, Saturday, April 7, 2018 at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Rd with calling one hour prior. Calling also Friday, April 6, 2018 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
