Jeff Ray Holt, 55, passed away Friday, June 23, 2017 in Fort Wayne. Born July 29,1961 in Fort Wayne, he graduated from Northrop High School in 1979 and attended Glen Oaks Community College in Sturgis, MI. Jeff was employed by Phelps Dodge and Anthony Wayne Vending until 2004. He enjoyed playing sports, especially baseball and basketball. Jeff was an avid Colts, Pacers, and Pittsburgh Pirates fan. He enjoyed deep sea fishing with his father and snowmobiling with his family. Surviving are his mother, Deloris Holt of Fort Wayne; children, Travis (Tarah) Holt of Fort Wayne, Lyndsey (Joe) Hover of Granger, IN, and D'Arcy Holt of Fort Wayne; the mothers of his children, Kathy Childers and Dawn Smith. Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Jack Holt in 1986; grandparents, Raymond and Laura Reynolds, and Lee and Carrie Holt; and his golden-doodle, Lilly. Service is 10:30 am, Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at D. O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Rd with calling one hour prior. Calling also Tuesday, June 27, 2017 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Allen County SPCA.
