Jason Tavassol, 37, passed away Thursday, December 14, 2017. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Jason enjoyed golfing, watching the Yankees, along with planning and going on family adventures. He loved spending time with his son Samson. Surviving are his wife, Adriane Tavassol; son, Samson Tavassol; parents, Kim (Randy) Davis; sister, Sara (Jeremy) Tavassol of Fort Wayne; in-laws, Gary (Danette) Shultz of Kendallville; Karen Shultz of Fort Wayne; brother-in-laws, Ryan, Andrew, Alex, and Schuyler Shultz; along with aunts, uncles, and extended family members. Jason was preceded in death by his loving grandparents, Larry (Joan) Parr. Service is 11:00 am, Monday, December 18, 2017 at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road with calling one hour prior. Calling at the funeral home, Sunday, December 17, 2017, 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Education Fund for his son Samson, checks payable to Karen Shultz.
