Jason G. "Jay" Blaker, 43, passed away Monday, September 4, 2017. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Jay graduated from Snider High School and earned his associates degree in criminal justice from Vincennes University. Jay had a brilliant mind and enjoyed reading, learning all he could, and spending time with his family and friends. Surviving are his mother, Vicki Blaker of Fort Wayne, grandmother, Constance Gabriel of Fort Wayne. Private Family Services. Memorials may be made to the Donor's Choice. D.O. McComb and Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
