Jane S. (Westrick) Chapman, 62, passed away Thursday, June 18, 2015, at St Joseph Hospital in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, Jane was a registered nurse. She was a 1971 graduate of New Haven High School and a graduate of St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing. She loved to talk, paint, sing and play piano. Surviving are her husband, John Chapman of Fort Wayne; daughter, Suzanne (Damian) Roebel of Fort Wayne; daughter, Kristi (Sara Franco) Chapman of Fort Wayne; 4 grandchildren; brother, Stephen G. (Sharon) Westrick; 8 nieces and nephews. Jane was preceded in death by parents, Daniel R. Madora M. (Robinson) Westrick; brother, Daniel A. Westrick. Mass of Christian Burial is 11:00 am, June 27, 2015, at St. Therese Catholic Church, 2304 Lower Huntington Rd., with calling one hour prior, Fr. Lawrence Teteh presiding. Calling also at Mungovan & Sons Memorial Chapel , 2114 South Calhoun Street Friday, June 26, 2015, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Burial in Catholic Cemetery.
