Ian John Leftakes, 25, passed away Sunday, December 24, 2017 in Fort Wayne. He was born in Fort Wayne, IN, and was a lifetime resident. Ian graduated from North Side HS in 2013, and had worked as a Manager with Phil's One Stop. Surviving are his father, Konstantinos "Gus: Leftakis of Greece, mother, Linda M Stone and step father Dino Limberopolos, daughters, Brooklynn, Aliviah, and Chloe Leftakes, sister, Elaina Huges, Cecily and Brandi Stone, grandparents, Judith Vevia-Hughes, Dionysios and Kyriak Lefakis of Chicago, IL: fiance' Bobbie Stinson, nephews, Xavier Ian, Ethan, Mason and Finn Lee, several aunts uncles cousins and a very large extended loving family. Ian loved his children more than life and he had a love for White Sox baseball and his buddy, Zeus. Music was the key to Ian's soul. Service is 1:30 pm, Saturday December 30, 2017 at- D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue with calling one hour prior. Calling also Friday, December 29, 2017, from 6 - 8 pm at the funeral home.
