Helen J. (Dillmann) Duskin, 92, passed away Sunday, February 26, 2017 at Bethlehem Woods Rehab Center in Fort Wayne. Born in Chicago, Illinois, Helen was the daughter of the late Robert and Helen Dillman. Helen married her high school sweetheart Bernard Duskin on November 6, 1943 in Pollocksville, North Carolina. They enjoyed 73 years of marriage together. Helen aspired to be an opera singer. She sang on several Chicago Television Stations. Helen was an artist and a porcelain painter for over 30 years. She was a member of Providence Presbyterian Church PCA. While living in Virginia, Helen taught a Women's Bible Study. Helen enjoyed reading, listening to the philharmonic Orchestra, and spending time with her church family. Surviving are her husband, Bernard Duskin of Fort Wayne; children, Robert Duskin of Arlington, VA, Timothy Duskin of Centreville, VA, Amy (Scott) Wicker of San Antonio, TX, and granddaughter, Samantha Jess Hilja Wicker. Helen was preceded in death by her sister Ruth White. Service is 2:30 pm, Thursday, March 2, 2017 at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road with calling from 12:00 pm until the service. A Cemetery Service will be Saturday, March, 4, 2017 at 1:00 pm in Stonewall Memory Gardens, Manassas, Virginia. Memorials may be made to the Chalcedon Foundation, P.O.
