Heath Ault, 41, passed away Saturday, January 20, 2018 at St. Joseph Hospital in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, IN, Heath worked as a truck driver for 15 years. Heath enjoyed hunting, fishing, and traveling. Surviving are his three children, Heath II, Dakota, and Amber all of Fort Wayne; spouse of 10 years, Annette; two fur children, Tank and Buddy; father, Al (Joanne) Springer of Lake Everett, IN and grandmother, Nancy of Fort Wayne. Heath was preceded in death by mother, Jacqueline; brother, Jeremy; sister, Amber; grandpa Tommy; and grandma Juanita. Calling at - D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue, Thursday, January 25, 2018, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Service is 10:30 am, Friday, January 26, 2018 at - D.O.
