Gerald "Jerry" Allen Smith, 57, passed away Friday, September 29, 2017. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana Jerry is the son of John Smith and Linda Alles. Jerry graduated from North Side High School. He was an avid Harley Davidson rider and enthusiast. Surviving are his father, John Smith; mother, Linda Alles; daughter, Amiee (Seth) Rossiter; grandson, Felix Rossiter; brothers, Jeffery Smith, David (Wendy) Smith, Brian (McKayla) Smith; sister, Jamie (Todd); along with many extended family members. Service is 2:00 pm, Friday, October 6, 2017 at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue with calling one hour prior. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Indiana. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
