Evan Pauly, 60, of Fort Wayne, passed Sunday, November 18, 2018 at Townehouse nursing facility, after many months of suffering the effects of a stroke that occurred during a routine cardiac catheterization procedure at Lutheran Hospital.
Evan is survived by his mother Evelyn, brothers Thomas of CA and George of NC, nephews and a grandniece. His father Leonard passed in 1967 and sister Florence in 2015.
Evan graduated from North Side High in 1977 and from Wabash College in 1981. He suffered throughout his life from joint pain and depression.
