Estelle C. Widenhoefer Wick, 93, passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at The Towne House Retirement Center in Fort Wayne. Born in Crookston, MN, Estelle worked as a secretary with Lincoln Life. She was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 8th Grade Club, Shoaff Park golf league, where she earned her hole in one on the18th hole. Estelle was a golf enthusiast, enjoyed playing board games and cards and loved entertaing friends and family that came to visit her in Florida. Surviving are her husband of 70 years, Richard C. Wick of Fort Wayne; sons, Steven (Darlene) Wick of Fort Wayne, David (Cynthia) Wick of Wawaka, IN; and Gary (Debra) Wick of Avilla, IN; and 5 grandchildren & 6 great-grandchildren. Estelle was preceded in death by father, Christian L. Widenhoefer; mother, Lulu Widenhoefer; and sister, June Gerding. Service is 3:00 pm, Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Towne House Retirement Community Chapel, 2209 St. Joe Center Road with Rev. Douglas Vogel officiating. Calling at Towne House Retirement Community Chapel, Saturday, September 23, 2017, 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. Burial in Concordia Cemetery Gardens, Fort Wayne.
