Elizabeth "Betty" Baker, 94, passed away Thursday, October 9, 2014 at Kingston Residence in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, IN, Elizabeth was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and the Rosary Sodality at St. Hyacinth Catholic Church. She was a very active bowler, and tennis player for many years. She also volunteered at the election poles throughout the years. Surviving are her daughter, Molly (Brad) Tuttle of Fort Wayne, sons, Robert Baker, Jr. of Tuscan, AZ, John (Sue) Baker of Fort Wayne, Jeffrey (Mary) Baker of Roanoke, seven grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, Jacob and Mary Breihof, husband, Robert Baker, Sr., and sister, Delores Bogner. Mass of Christian Burial is 11:00 am, Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church with calling one hour prior, Fr. James Bromwich officiating. Calling at Mungovan and Sons Memorial Chapel, 2114 S. Calhoun Street, Monday, October 13, 2014, 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm with a vigil service at 4:30pm.
