Eleanor M. Ochoa, 85, passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 4, 2018. Born in Pasadena, California, Eleanor was the daughter of the late Anthony and Virginia Torres. She was a loving wife, devoted mother, and caring grandmother to her family. Surviving are her son, Billy Ochoa of Fort Wayne; daughter, Ginni (Steve) Whitlock of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, David, Aaron, Matthew, Zachary, Katelyn; great-grandchildren, Miya, Dasan, Avin, Olivia, Owen, Oceana, Vincent, Delilah, Amelia, Jacob, Delaney, Breawna, Amber; six sisters, and one brother. Eleanor was preceded in death by her husband William Ochoa. Service is 2:00 pm, Monday, April 9, 2018 at D. O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road with calling one hour prior, Pastor Kenneth Jackson officiating. Calling at the funeral home Sunday, April 8, 2018, 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Memorials may be made to the Fort Wayne Rescue Mission.
