Edward "Ted" Gustin of Fort Wayne, IN passed away October 13, 2018. He worked at Kroger's assisting customers with bagging and carrying groceries for 22 years. Ted was a member of the Harlan Lions Club where he enjoyed being the Lion Tamer. He is survived by his mother, Sharon E. (Thomas) Gustin, sister, Lenore (Mark) Schindler, brothers, Jonathan (Jess), Andrew (Amy) Gustin, aunts and uncles Tomi Godwin, John (Sara) Thomas, Edith Stoneking, David (Lois) Thomas, Charm (John) Seright, Maxine Carr-Stotler, Margaret Yost, Zanna (Francis) Bader, and Kathryn Gustin as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald "Ron" Gustin, grandparents John and Mary Thomas, James and Goldie May Gustin and aunts and uncles Richard "Dick" Stoneking, Melvin "Dutch" Carr, Marjorie and Jim Taggart, Robert "Bob" Yost, William "Bill" Gustin, and Jerry Gustin.
Services will be held on Friday, October 19, 2018 3:00 PM at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 18330 IN-37 Harlan, IN with visitation there one hour prior to the service. Additional visitation will be held Thursday, October 18, 2018 4-8 PM at D O McComb and Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home 4017 Maplecrest Road Fort Wayne, IN Memorial contributions may be directed to the Harlan Lions Club.
