Donna L. Polcsak, 69, passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2018. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Donna was the daughter of the late Jesse Harter and Helen Egolf. Donna had been working as a manager with Dollar General. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and caring grandmother to her family. She enjoyed flowers, spending time in the sunshine and being with her family. Surviving are her husband of 45 years, John Polcsak; children, Jacqueline (Corey) Walker of Fort Wayne, Michell Baker of OH, John (Kristi) Polcsak, III of Fort Wayne, Robert (Rusty) Gibson of Portland, 30 grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Nancy Walker of Fort Wayne, twin brother, Donald (Karen) Harter of Warsaw, brothers, Dennis (Joyce) Harter of OH, Gary (Lori) Egolf of Fort Wayne, sisters, Marilyn (Carl) Schuster of Warsaw, sister, Rebecca Egolf of Fort Wayne, brother, James (Janice) Harter of FL; and her beloved dog Maggie. Service is 11:00 am, Thursday, May 3, 2018 at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue with calling one hour prior. Calling at the funeral home Wednesday, May 2, 2018, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Burial in Eel River Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family.
