Donald E Bodeker,84, passed away Monday, July 17, 2017 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, Donald worked with the Fort Wayne Engineering Department for 45 years, retiring in 1995. He was a member of Queen of Angels Catholic Church. Surviving are his daughters, Linda L. (Les) Buttles of Fort Wayne and Terri A (Eddie) Newhard of Fort Wayne; sons, Rick L (Nancy) Bodeker of Avilla, Gregory A Bodeker of Fort Wayne, and Todd A (Natalie) Bodeker of Fort Wayne; 7 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren; sisters, Marjorie E Lebamoff of Fort Wayne, Janice A Gouker of Muncie, and Mildred E. (Russ) Figert of Antwerp, OH. Donald was proceeded in death by his wife, MaryLou Bodeker. Mass of Christian Burial is Friday, July 21, 2017 (Don's 85th Birthday) at 10:30 am at Queen of Angels Catholic Church, 1500 W State Blvd, with Father Ajay Tiru officiating with an hour of calling prior to Mass. Calling at - D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont RoadThursday, July 20, 2017, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery.
