Deborah Jo Arnold Pickett, 69, of Fort Wayne died Tuesday at home.
This Fort Wayne native was a graduate of North Side High School of 1966. She was former employee at Lincoln National Life Insurance Co. and ran a home day care service for over 30 years. She volunteered for the American Heart Association. She was a tireless homemaker, loving mother and grandmother, and support to all her family. She was one to ride the river with.
Surviving are her husband, Gary L. Pickett; a son, Shane A. (Amanda) Pickett of Fort Wayne; a daughter, Stacie M. Horton of Fort Wayne; a brother, Greg Arnold; a sister, Judy Stokes; and five grandchildren (Alexander, Samuel, Madison, Rachael and Nathaniel). Proceeding her in death were her parents, Don and Maxine (Darrow) Arnold, siblings Marsha Banks, Patricia Pribbernow , and Terry Arnold.
Services are at 2 pm on Friday, September 21, 2018 at Epiphany Lutheran Church, 6606 Maplecrest Road, with calling from12 to 2PM. Burial is at Eel River Cemetery.
