Chase Maxwell Warner, 21, passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2017. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Chase was the son of Jeff and Jenifer Warner. Chase graduated from Carroll High School class of 2014, where he was active in the schools Hockey Team. Since the age of three, Chase had played travel Hockey, until he joined the High School team in 2012. Chase always had a smile on his face, and was kind to everyone he met. Chase loved to spend time with his friends, family, and his nephew. Chase had a very contagious laugh, gave the best hugs and loved everyone. Chase worked at Metal X for almost three years. Surviving are his parents, Jeffrey and Jenifer Warner of Huntertown; sisters, Madelyn (Austin) Amburgey of Fort Wayne, Megan (Benny Saydee) Warner, Casey Warner both of Huntertown, cherished nephew, Decklen Amburgey; grandmothers, Sally Warner of Huntertown, Luann Kleinschmidt of Fort Wayne, Karen Jennings of Fremont; many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and his beloved cat, Meow. Chase was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Gaylord Warner, Richard Jennings, Ward Kleinschmidt. Service is 11:00 am, Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at Huntertown United Methodist Church, 16115 Lima Rd with calling one hour prior. Calling at D.O.
