She loved to talk, eat shrimp, and spend time with friends. Charlotte was a member of the Central Christian Church in Connersville, and seventy-two-year member of the John Conner Chapter of the DAR. When Charlotte was six years old, her father died suddenly. Feeling tremendous sadness and loss after the death of her father, she was blessed with a wonderful stepfather, George H. She is survived by her son, Larry (Kathleen) Rusher of Fort Wayne, her daughter, Sue Rusher of Portland, ME., grandsons, Matthew and Nathan (Melissa) Rusher, and two great-granddaughters Nora and Morgan all of Fort Wayne.
