Carma D. Williams Coil, 90, passed away on August 2, 2018. She was born in Smith Creek, KY on March 15, 1928, the daughter of the late Ernest Alward and Gertie Mae Williams.

Carma was a member of First Wayne Street United Methodist Church. She was happy working with her hands to make home a beautiful place for her family. Those who knew her were touched by her vitality, friendly openness and faithful heart.

Surviving , her daughter Valli (Tom) Ferrell, of St. Helena, California; grandchildren, Scott Ferrell, Mark (Cassandra) Savio, Katie (Jeff) Tannehill, Andrew (Mackenzie) Lynch, Sarah (Luke) Hathaway; step-children, Kathy (John) Austin, Mike (Linda) Coil, Tim (Mary) Coil, David (Bobbi) Coil, Lisa (Michael) Nail; and many great-grandchildren; twin-sister, Anna Belle Higgs; sister, Geneva Stallard; and brother, Carl Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband David Coil; her daughter, Sandra Lynch and 5 siblings.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 25 at the First Wayne Street Methodist church at 300 E. Wayne St. The family welcomes calling from 1 to 3pm with a service at 3pm. Memorials may be made to Visiting Nurse Hospice Home and Cancer Services of Northeastern Indiana.
