Bonnie L. Isenbarger, 85, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 18, 2018. Born Jan. 27, 1932, in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of the late Orval and Vera Brubaker. Bonnie was a member of the Junior Bowling Association and was inducted in to the Women's Bowling Hall of Fame. She was involved with Little League Baseball and enjoyed woodworking and gardening. In her later years she enjoyed volunteering at Woodview Assisted Living, where she later became a resident. She is survived by her children, Daniel Isenbarger and Debra Byrd; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, Frederick Brubaker; sister, Betty Hinton; and daughter-in-law, Susan Isenbarger. She was also preceded in death by her son, Steven Isenbarger; brothers, Ronald Brubaker and Harold Brubaker; and sisters, Dolores Graue and Dorothy Elliot. Funeral service is 10:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 22, 2018, at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne (IN 46805), with calling one hour prior. Visitation also from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 21, 2018, at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Cancer Society to memorialize her son Steven, who passed from lung cancer.
