Betty L Foltz, went to be with her Lord and savior Jesus on July 21, 2018. She was born in Jamestown, NY, to the late Robert and Velma Parsley. Betty worked at Allied Mills, Union Central, Parkview Hospital admitting and Haley Elementary School for 20 years. Betty and her husband Chuck, foster cared for 20 infants, and both were First Aid certified. She loved animals, murder mysteries and her beloved Chicago Blackhawks. She was a member of Good Shepherd UMC of Fort Wayne. She was active in Dorcus circle of St. Johns UCC for many years. She is survived by son, Brian; and daughter, Darcie Foltz both of Fort Wayne and a grandson, Paul James Foltz of Los Angeles. Betty was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years Charles and her son Larry. Service is 10:30 AM. Wednesday August 1, 2018 at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue with calling one hour prior. Calling also Tuesday, July 31, 2018 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Memorials may be made to the Rescue Mission or SPCA of Fort Wayne, IN or Salvation Army of Fort Wayne, IN. To sign the online guest book, go to
