Belinda Hogan, 66, passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2019 in St. Paul, MN. She was born in Fort Wayne, IN to the Kenneth Ray Hogan and Willowdean Bates. She attended New Hope Baptist Church and enjoyed singing, dancing, reading, and had a great sense of humor. Above all else, she loved being with her family and friends. Surviving are her children, Antoinette Hogan, Gregory Hogan, April Hogan, Marlo Hogan, Recordes Hogan, and Marcus (Davida) Hogan; 18 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; siblings, Tommy (Ella) Hogan, Brenda Hogan, Cynthia Hogan, Kenneth Ray Hogan Jr., Marissa Lynn (Don) White, Suzette Renee Rogan, Anthony Bates, Gerry Bates, Christopher Bates, and Archie Hogan; and many nieces and nephews. Belinda was also preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Ray Hogan; and brother, Jeffrey Rogan. Funeral service 11:00 am Saturday, September 28, 2019 at New Joshua Church with calling one hour prior to the service. Visitation also from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday, September 27, 2019 at D.O.
