Antonia "Toni" Angelia Faso, 35, was received by her Lord and Father with open arms the morning of Monday, August 21st, 2017. Toni graduated from Concordia Lutheran High School with the Class of 2000. Mother, sister, daughter, niece and best friend are all ways to describe this kind-hearted and intelligent woman that was taken far too soon. Her family and close friends will always remember her as a gentle soul with a beautiful heart, an infectious personality, a profound faith and a lot of love to give. She is preceded in death by her father, Patrick T. Paliganoff. She is survived by her three incredible sons: Alexander M. Moore (11), Anthony A. Moore (10), and Benjamin "Joey" Brooks (6). Toni is also survived by her mother, Gina M. Paliganoff and sister, Nickolay "Niki" Koch. Service is at 6:00PM, Monday, August 28, 2017 at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue with calling one hour prior. Private burial in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
